I reserved my storage online and when I went in to do the paperwork, Nancy was there willing and able to assist me. Customer service is not one of Odessa’s good qualities but Nancy more than made up for all the horrible experiences I’ve had since moving here. She is knowledgeable and very sweet. Keep up the good work.

Upset I have to make a unnecessary trip to make another payment that was supposed to been done same day I got unit.

The rep I talk to from the third-party site reserved it said the AC’d unit had outside entrance but once I got to the facility they said no and I ended up choosing a different outdoor unit instead. It was filthy

The lady who helped me at the front desk was great and so nice.

The lady at the front was nice she said they had a new system it took quite a while to get us booked in and all our information in the computer probably like a half hour 45 minutes but other than that she was really nice and helpful first month was prorated second month is free which is a big plus kind of sucks that you have to buy a lock from then they all take the same type of lock they also require renters insurance but they don't sell it or offer it which is kind of strange.

Customer service is outstanding. Very accommodating. The whole process was very simple, hassle free, and affordable.
